Maryellen is an Australian artist and avid writer of poetry and prose. As a law graduate who fled the corporate world to edit magazines, she found her niche exploring and celebrating creativity, wellness and Sabbath rest.
She now works as a full-time writer and illustrator out of her home studio in Sydney's northern beaches, where she lives with her watchmaker husband, Josh.
As a recovering perfectionist and former anxious hustler, Maryellen struggled with careerism, people-pleasing and finding true Purpose for most of her adult life. But today, she can honestly declare that the elusive clarity and balance we all strive for is no longer beyond reach.
She desires to share the Who and Why of that fundamental shift with everyone she encounters.
